I have been a customer for many years so know many of the staff, I was greeted by Jessica and taken to to the waiting area, and then Deborah took me to have some checks before the sight test; I know what most of the checks are but she explained everything anyway! Then I was taken to for sight test with Brian Anderson who as ever performed a thorough and well explained sight test, he is retiring soon, and I will miss his very professional eye exam!But I will of course continue to come to Boots! At end of examination I was handed over to Jessica again,there was no change in my prescription, but she explained all my options should I want or need specs in the future, and maybe I will buy some sun specs in a while for my holiday. The Branch always seems happy and well run and I always recommend anyone to go there!

Very thorough eye exam. Everything explained. The optometrist ADA was lovely and very polite. Staff were very helpful in choosing glasses
